Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has responded to queries raised by the lawmakers in Parliament on Friday. Responding to the queries raised by the lawmakers, Oli said that we should not delay to hold the long-overdue local elections and added that the year 2016 will be the constitution implementation year. Addressing the queries, PM said that there are not constitutional or legal hurdles to holding local polls by mid-December. PM said the Kathmandu-Nijgadh fast-track will be constructed by the government itself as directed by Parliament. He further said that the govt's policies and programs incorporate new visions, new policies and are aimed at nation building and that the upcoming budget will incorporate the important issues missed out in the govt's policies and programs.
