The five assailants who came to murder 42-year-old journalist Ranjan has been shot two times, as said by the police. They had shot journalist Ranjan while he was going to his home. According to the report, he was killed near to a railway bridge at Bihar. After he was taken to the hospital, he had been declared dead at hospital.Till now three people have been detained for murder of Bihar journalist Rajdev Ranjan. Three people have been detained in Siwan district on Saturday following the murder of senior journalist Rajdev Rajan, as said by SP Saurabh Kumar; however, the interrogation is underway, according to him. The three accused have a criminal background and are being interrogated about the killing of Rajdev Ranjan, as said by the SPPolice said the incident took place at about 8 pm. When 42-year-old Rajan was shot dead at Phal Mandi near Siwan station, Bihar, which is about half a km away from Town Police Station, two bullets had hit Ranjan one on his forehead and the other on his neck.
