rime Minister KP Sharma Oli will address the nation at 5 pm on Tuesday evening. According to PM Oli’s Personal Secretariat, PM Oli in his second address to the nation will extend greetings on the occasion of Nepali New Year 2073 and inform people on achievements of the government. “It has fixed that the PM will address in the name of people today to extend New Year greetings,” said PM’s Press Coordinator Chetan Adhikari.
